PARK SCOUT GROUP ADULTS

The scout group is led by a leadership team who each have a wealth of experience of working with young people to deliver fun and exciting activities whether within an evening meeting, a community visit, or away on a camp or expedition.

Leadership within scouting can be very rewarding and enjoyable, and every volunteer has a large support network available to them including initial and ongoing training, as well as informal mentoring and support from other adults within the group. If you are interested in finding out more or getting involved, email

PARK SCOUT GROUP EXECUTIVE

The scout group executive is a collection of leaders, parents and supporters whose job it is to support the activities of the scout group. As trustees of the group, the executive committee oversees matters relating to finance and equipment, as well as offering the leadership team other forms of support as required.

Membership of the executive committee is open for anyone to stand for election at the Annual General Meeting, usually held in July each year. If you are interested in finding out more or getting involved, email info @ 73rdreading-scoutgroup.org.uk or use our contact page.
